3 c. Beef Broth
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Dried Oregano
1 tsp. Dried Basil
1 tsp. Onion Salt
1 tsp. Dried Parsley
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Bay Leaf
2 (.7 oz.) Package Dry Italian style salad dressing mix
( I use Good Seasoning Zesty )
4- 5 lb. Rump Roast
I usually use Chuck Roast, it shreds better and is cheaper. Any type will do )

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Beef broth with salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, onion salt, parsley, garlic powder, bay leaf, and salad dressing mix in a saucepan.

Stir well, and bring to a boil.

Place Roast in slow cooker, and pour salad dressing mixture over the meat.

Cover and cook on low 8 - 9 hours. Take out meat and shred it. Put back in Slow cooker for an additional 1½ to 2 hours .( To allow all the meat to absorb the flavor)
