2 cups pecan halves
1 cup whole natural almonds
1 cup unsalted roasted cashews
Vegetable cooking spray
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons unsalted butter, melted
2 teaspoons salt free lemon pepper seasoning
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon table salt

Directions:

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a 6 quart oval slow cooker coated with cooking spray. Drizzle the nuts with the honey and melted butter. Sprinkle with the lemon pepper seasoning, thyme and salt; stir to coat. Cover and cook on low until the nuts are toasted, 2-3 hours, stirring every hour. Spread the mixture on baking sheets to cool completely. (Nuts will become crisper after cooling).
