1/2 cup honey
2 T vanilla

Directions:
Put all of the ingredients in a food processor (in batches if doubling) and blend til just mixed. Put the mixture into an ice cream maker. Scoop the frozen yogurt into glass containers and put them into the freezer right away.
Variations:
Use 1/2 cup plus a couple T frozen berries (blend in food processor first) instead of the nut butter, or
use 1/2 cup tahini instead of nut butter, or
use 1/2 cup of concentrated caffeinated or decaffeinated coffee (like espresso strength) and add some coffee extract, or use 1/2 cup concentrated green tea or matcha green tea.

We usually double the recipe when making frozen yogurt.
