1 Flank Steak
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 T. Brown sugar
1 T. Oil
2 T. Water
1/2 tsp. Ginger
1/4 tsp. Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Night before: Mix ingredients together and marinade steak, turning occasionally.

Broil Steak 5 minutes/side
To serve: slice diagonally in thin slices.
