3 c. Flour
2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Margarine (Fleshmans old fashioned)
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
2T. Granulated sugar, 2 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and margarine in mixing bowl and gradually beat in sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and stir in rest of ingredients except the last two. Mix 2 T. Sugar and the 2 tsp. Cinnamon in small bowl. Roll the dough into one inch balls, roll in cinnamon mixture and flatten slightly on cookie sheet with a buttered on the bottom glass. Bake for 10 minutes or less in 400 degree oven.

This is an old recipe from the Baking is Fun 4-H cookbook. Some of you may recognize it if you took baking projects in 4-H. Do you remember eating them Roger and Mark? They didn't last long with you two in the kitchen! We all liked them!
