6 large green peppers
1 pound ground beef
2 cups cooked rice
1 can of cream of tomato soup
1 tbsp minced onion
3/4 cup of water
1 teaspoon salt
dash of black pepper

1 cup of breadcrumbs
1/4 cup oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the peppers and clean out insides. Cook 5 minutes in boiling water remove and cool. Brown 1 lb ground beef (drain the fat). Combine with 2 cups cooked rice, 1 can of cream of tomato soup, 1 tbsp minced onion, 3/4 cup water, 1 teaspoon salt and dash of black pepper. In separate bowl, combine 1 cup breadcrumbs and 1/4 cup oleo (this is to be put on top of stuffed peppers). Fill the peppers with meat mixture and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
