Salad:
1½ cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
3 Tbsp sesame seeds
3 Tbsp slivered almonds
1 head cabbage
4 green onions, chopped
2 packages Top Ramen soup (I use Oriental flavor)

Dressing:
3 Tbsp sugar
1 cup olive oil
¼ tsp lemon pepper
2 packets of Top Ramen soup seasoning
6 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dressing ingredients; set aside. In large bowl, mix all salad ingredients. Break the top ramen noodles into chunks and toss on top of salad. Before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss.

Tip: If I'm in a hurry, I use bagged shredded cabbage!
