2/3 CUP MILK
1 TSP BUTTER, MELTED

MIX FLOUR AND SALT. COMBINE EGGS, MILK AND BUTTER. ADD WET INGREDIENTS ALL AT ONCE TO FLOUR, BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH. (OR USE BLENDER) POUR A LITTLE OIL IN PAN AND POUR SOME MIXTURE IN IT, ROLL YOUR PAN TO MAKE SURE IT COVERS MOST OF THE PAN, TURN ONCE.

I loved it when my Mom would make these! Many times we had for dinner! I now make these! This has become the sleepover breakfast staple! I love that the boys' friends have favorite dishes from our house and request them when hanging out!
