½ c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 ½ tbsp. sour milk
1 c. mashed bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Sift flour, salt, soda, and baking powder in a separate bowl. Add sour milk and bananas to first egg mixture. Then add dry ingredients. Put in a greased, floured pan. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350º. Makes one large loaf.
