1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
3 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
1 tsp salt
2 cups medium pasta shells, cooked and drained
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and salt. Set aside.

In a bowl, combine the pasta, spinach, cheeses, egg and oil. Transfer to a greased casserole or 9" x 13" pan. Top with the meat sauce.

Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
