1 lb breakfast sausage
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup milk
1 tube of refrigerator biscuits
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup sausage gravy

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, brown the sausage.
2. In a bowl, add the eggs, salt and pepper and milk. Whisk together.
3. Put the biscuits in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan, slicing them to fit evenly in the pan.
4. Pour the sausage over the biscuits.
5. Pour the cheese over the sausage.
6. Add egg mix then the sausage gravy.
7. Bake at 350º 30-45 minutes.
