1 chicken
Chicken broth to cover
3 large or 5 small chicken bullion cubes
1 T garlic powder
Fresh ground pepper

2 recipes Bisquick dumplings (recipe on box)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in broth and bullion, garlic powder and pepper. Skim off foam as it develops. When chicken starts to fall off the bones, remove from pot, cool enough to handle, then remove bones and return chicken to broth.

Drop dumpling batter into the broth by large spoonfuls. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer about 20 minutes.
