CAKE:
1/4 cp. poppy seed, soaked in amount of water called for in cake mix (overnight or a couple of hours)
1 pkg. Duncan Hines white cake mix
4 egg whites
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. Mazola oil

TOPPING:
1 cp. brown sugar
1 Tbs. flour
1/4 cp. butter
1/2 cp. orange juice
1/4 cp. water
1 egg, beaten

1/2 pt. whipping cream.

CAKE:
Mix soaked poppy seed with dry cake mix, egg whites, pudding mix, and oil.
Beat 5 minutes.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes; cool.

TOPPING:
Mix brown sugar, flour, butter, orange juice, 1/4 cp. water, and beaten egg ingredients together.
Cook till thick; cool.

Whip 1/2 pint cream. Spread on cake. Add topping over all.
