2 egg whites, room temp
Pinch of salt
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
6 oz mini chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites with salt until frothy. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until stiff. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop on shiny side of aluminum foil on cookie sheet. Heat oven to 350º. Turn off and wait 5 minutes. Put cookies in oven and leave a minimum of 6 hours. Do not open oven. Do not make in rainy weather.
