2 cans (14½ oz. each) stewed tomatoes, undrained
2 c. chopped celery, onions and green bell peppers
1 c. water
½ lb. smoked sausage or OSCAR MAYER BIG AND JUICEY Hot 'N Spice Hot Dogs, sliced
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 c. MINUTE White Rice, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
BRING tomatoes, vegetables, water, sausage, bouillon and pepper sauce to a boil in large skillet. Simmer 3 to 5 mins. or until bouillon is dissolved.
STIR in rice; cover. Cook on low heat for 5 mins. Stir.
KICK IT UP A NOTCH! Add ½ tsp. ground red pepper.
