1 Reynolds Hot Bags Foil Bag, large size
3 to 4 lb. beef top round roast
salt and pepper
1 lb. small potatoes, halved
1 pkg. (16 oz.) peeled baby carrots
2 jars (4.5 oz. each) whole mushrooms, drained
1 can (10 ¾ oz.) cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
½ c. water
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried thyme

PREHEAT oven to 450º f or grill to medium, indirect heat. For indirect heat, the heat source ( coals or gas burner) is on one side of the grill. Place foil bag on opposite side with no coals or flame underneath.
OPEN foil bag. Place foil bad in a 1" deep pan. Rub roast with salt and pepper; arrange roast and vegetables in foil bag in an even layer. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over roast and vegetables in foil bag.
TO SEAL, double fold open end of the foil bag. Foil bag edges should not hang over sides of pan.
TO COOK, leave foil bag in supporting pan and place in oven or slide foil bad onto grill. BAKE 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 hours in supporting pan in oven OR GRILL 1 to 1 1/2 hours in covered grill. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing
USES OVEN MITTS to cut open foil bag with a sharp knife. carefully fold back top of foil bag, allowing steam to escape. slice roast; serve with vegetables and gravy.
