¾ c. Blue Bonnet 70% sticks (quarters), softened
2½ c. powdered sugar
3 large eggs
1½ c. flour
½ c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat Blue Bonnet 70% Sticks/Quarters and powder sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy.
2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating just until yellow disappears.
3. Mix flour and baking powder. Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Beat at low speed until just blended after each addition.
4. Stir in vanilla. Pour batter into a greased and floured loaf pan.
5. Bake at 350º F. for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 mins. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Serve with Reddi-Wip whipping topping.
