3 ½ c. vinegar
3 ½ c. sugar
3 tbsp. salt
4 ½ tsp. celery seed
4 ½ tsp. turmeric
¾ tsp. mustard seed.

Directions:
Directions:
Use fresh firm medium cucumbers, wash and cut them into sticks.
Pour boiling water over them and let stand 4 or 5 hours.
Then drain and pack solid into clean fruit jars.
Make solution.
Boil the solution for 5 minutes.
Pour boiling hot solution over cucumbers in jars.
Seal tightly, process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
Solution fills 6 pint jars.
If you want sweeter pickles double the sugar.
