1½ oz ginger, minced
2 tbsp fresh ginger juice (use garlic press if needed or add an extra ounce of minced ginger instead of juice)
2 tbsp honey
5 tbsp rice vinegar
⅛ tsp ground white pepper
⅓ tsp salt
1 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients, except oil, to food processor. Process until smooth. Keep motor running and add oil in a thin, steady stream. Add to salad, rice, baked potato, fish.... be creative and enjoy.
