4 eggs
½ c. oil
½ c.milk
½ c. wine
½ c. sugar
5 c. flour
2½ heaping t. baking powder

FILLING
honey
walnuts
raisins
cinnamon
oil

DOUGH
Mix eggs, Crisco, oil, milk, wine, and sugar in bowl with beater.
Add 1 c. flour & mix with beater with 2½ t. baking powder.
Add 3 c. flour & mix with a spoon.
Put dough on table & add last c. of flour to fold and roll properly - put aside.

DOUGH BASE OF PITTTACHIUSA
Cut small piece of dough & roll flat on table for base.
Put dough on rolling pin & lay gently on pan.
With scissors cut along the edge to make it even around the pan.
Spread oil on dough then cinnamon & spread evenly.
Add some walnuts & raisins - set aside.

INSIDE AND FILLING OF PITTACHIUSA
Cut another piece of dough (a little bigger than the base piece) & roll flat.
Spread oil & cinnamon, then add walnuts & raisins.
Sprinkle honey with a spoon on top of raisins & walnuts.
Fold a strip over about an inch and roll like cinnamon bun and put in the middle of pan.
Fold another strip and add to cinnamon bun.
On the edge of base dough add honey to stick when covering the whole pitta.
Shake the pan if need to centre the bun.
Pour honey on top of hot pittachiusa.

BAKE AT 350ºF FOR 50 MINUTES
