Ingredients:  
1 pkg White Cornbread Mix (two if you want larger amount)
about 4 c Bread Crumbs
1/2 c Onions, chopped
1 c Celery, chopped
1/4 c + 2 T Butter or Margarine
about 2½ c Chicken Broth
Some sweet Milk
1 Egg, slightly beaten (or 2 Eggs hard boiled)
1 t Sage
1 t Poultry Seasoning
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Make cornbread according to package directions. Mix bread crumbs with broken up cornbread in large bowl or roaster.
Saute onion and celery in butter and add to bread mixture. Add chicken broth and some sweet milk to help it from being too dry. Add egg and seasonings. Mix well. Pour into pan and bake in 350º oven 45 to 60 minutes or until brown.
