1 lb ground beef browned
1 clove garlic minced
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
1 Tbsp basil
2 1/2 c canned tomatoes
1- 6 oz tomato paste
10 oz lasagna noodles
3 c cottage cheese
2 eggs
dash pepper
2 Tbsp parsley flakes
1 lb mozzarella cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
Add garlic, parsley, basil, tomatoes, and tomato paste to browned hamburger. Cook uncovered for an hour, stirring often.
Cook noodles until tender and rinse in cold water.
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, pepper, and parsley.
Place half of the noodles in 13x9 greased pan. Spread cottage cheese mixture over noodles. Then spread half of the meat mixture. Cover with half of the cheese. Repeat process.
Bake at 375º for 30 min.
