1 lb moose roast or steak, cut in strips
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup ripe olives, halved
1 T butter
1 package [8 oz] egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 tomato, cut in wedges
Sauce:
3/4 cup mayonnasie
1/3 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 tso salt
1 tsp dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet brown meat, garlic and onion in butter, cooking until tender. Set aside.
Make the sauce by combining mayonnaise and flour in a saucepan and gradually adding the milk.
Cook over low heat stirring constantly until thick; blend in seasonings. Reserve 1 cup sauce.
Add remaining sauce and olives to noodles.
Spoon noodles into a warm serving platter and top with a meat mixture and garnish with tomato wedges.
Pass the reserved sauce.
