Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8-10 chicken thighs
4 cans chicken broth
1 small white onion (chopped)
1 green bell pepper (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
6 tbsp of butter
2 cups flour
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a gallon zip lock bag. Mix together thoroughly.

Remove skin from chicken thighs and rinse thighs with water. Add chicken thighs to the zip lock bag and coat in flour mixture.

Heat large skillet with 5 tbsp of butter. Once the pan is hot and butter melted, add flour coated chicken thighs, cook until brown on both sides. Remove browned thighs from the pan and set aside for later use.

Add remaining 1 tbsp butter to the pan and add onion and bell pepper. Cook until onion is translucent. Once translucent add in the 2 minced garlic cloves and cook until mixture is starting to brown.

Gradually add in 1 tbsp Paprika until the mixture is a paste. Slowly add in chicken broth to gradually thin the paste and blend without clumping.

Bring the broth mixture to a boil and add the chicken thighs back in to the pan. Cover the pan with a lid and reduce heat to low. Cook covered for 60 to 70 minutes.

Remove chicken from the sauce onto a platter. Add in sour cream, starting with a 1/2 cup, to the broth mixture and increase amount for color and taste.

Serve over white rice or egg noodles.
