1 lb. sausage links, cooked and cut into half-inch pieces
6 large eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 slices white bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9" x 13" baking dish.

In large bowl beat eggs; add milk, cheese, salt and pepper.

Put sausage pieces evenly in bottom of baking dish. Top with bread cubes.

Pour egg mixture over bread cubes. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

Remove from refrigerator 20 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered at 350º for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
