2 onions (medium)
3 T. oil
1 c. mushrooms
2 cans tomato paste
1 can tomato (squeeze the seeds out of the tomatoes)
1 glass of wine
1 chicken breast (cut in pieces)
1 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 t. black pepper
3T. butter
1 oz. brandy
c. milk
1 T. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onions, oil and mushrooms.
Put 2 cans of tomato paste and salt and fry
Put can tomato (squeeze the tomatoes). Continue frying for about 15 min. Then add 1 glass of wine.
In another pan coat chicken pieces with flour, salt and black pepper and fry with butter.
After frying pour in 1 oz. brandy and fry again for awhile.
Add c. milk and fry again. Add another can tomato. Cook for 5 min. and add the chicken to the sauce.
Add parsley. Cover and cook for 30 min. If too dry add water.
