1 (16 oz) pkg. frozen garlic-seasoned pasta and vegetables
1 (16 oz) jar thick and chunky salsa
1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (21 oz) can sliced ripe olives, drained
2 cups water
1 tsp chili powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cheese in pot. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle each serving with cheese.
