16 T (2 sticks) butter
2 3/4 c sugar
2 eggs beaten
2 c unbleached flour
1 T baking powder
1/4 t salt
2 c sour cream
1 T vanilla
1-2 c chopped pecans
1 T ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 10" bundt pan and lightly flour. Cream butter and 2 c sugar. Add eggs, blending well.
Add sour cream and vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold dry into creamed mixture and beat until just blended. Do not overbeat. In separate bowl mix rest of sugar with pecans and
cinnamon. Pour half batter into bundt pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 sugar mixture. Add remaining batter and top with rest of pecan sugar mix. Set in middle rack of oven. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
