1½ lbs Sirloin, Flat Iron Steak, or Stew Meat
⅓ cup Onion
1 tsp Garlic
1-2 small cans Mushrooms
4 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
1 cup Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Beef Broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
8 oz Cooked Egg Noodles (Optional over Mashed Potatoes, or Rice)- I use Instant rice.
2 Tbsp Parsley on top to finished dish (optional)

Meat:
Heat 2 tbsp butter in skillet or electric fry pan. Salt & Pepper meat lightly, (If I use stew meat I sprinkle tenderizer on top) brown meat add onions, garlic, and mushrooms reduce heat to low and keep warm.

Sauce:
Melt 2 tbsp butter, beef broth, mushroom soup, sour cream, and worcetershire sauce.

Cook:
Egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with butter.
-or- mashed potatoes.
-or-rice according to package.

Add sauce over desired base (noodles, mashed potatoes, rice).
