2 lb. haddock fillets
12 oz. can beer
1½ c. flour
Worcestershire
Tabasco
Paprika
Salt

Mix equal parts of beer and flour. Season with Worcestershire, Tabasco, paprika, salt and/or whatever your tastes desire. Coat the haddock fillets lightly with flour, dip into batter, then fry in vegetable oil heated to 375ºF until done (coating will be golden brown).
