1 ½ c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 egg
milk
½ c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Sift together, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Put egg in 1 cup container and fill remaining room with milk, beat into flour mixture. Pour in a pan. Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle over top of cake mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. When done, pour melted butter on top of cake.
