º Use pineapple chunks in 100% juice (no syrup)
º For every can of pineapple use either 1 large avocado or 2 small ones.
º 1 yellow onion
º Olive oil
º Vinegar (white)
º Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Drain can of pineapple and put the pineapple in a serving bowl. Cut avocado into cubes and add to pineapple. Once you have made as much as you feel you need to...add onion. Use yellow onion, not sweet. Thinly slice the onion and add based on preference. If you like onion, use more. If not, use less, but it needs onion.

Mix ingredients in the serving bowl then add dressing.

Dressing: Ratio mix of vinegar and oil is equal parts. For every ½ cup vinegar, ½ cup oil. Add teaspoon of salt. Stir together before adding to salad. Pour over generously.
