Olive oil
Garlic
Basil
Salt when ready to serve
Loaf of crusty bread, crostini

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop the tomatoes, garlic, and basil. In a bowl mix the tomatoes, basil, garlic, and olive oil to taste. Set aside
2. Slice the bread, coat with a little bit of olive oil. Broil or grill the bread (or toast it without the oil), until golden brown. Rub garlic on the toast and top with the tomatoes. (Sprinkle salt on the tomatoes just before serving on the garlic toast)

***variations: use white beans in place of the tomatoes for white bean bruschetta. Or assemble the toasts with Brie cheese a dab of fig spread and topped with a slice of Greatmar’s steak, bake in the oven until heated and cheese starts to melt.
