1 packet Knorrs Vegetable Recipe Mix
1/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
10 oz. frozenspinach, thawed and well drained
22 oz. Fage total 0% yogurt (or 2 and 3/4 cups) or any other plain fat free greek yogurt
Chives to garnish (optional)

Combine all ingredients and chill about 2 hours. Serve with your favorite dippers.

A new serving idea: Hollow out cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes. Fill vegetables with Spinach Dip and garnish with a sprig of dill.

This dip would be good in a bread bowl, and the stuffed tomatoes and cucumbers would be pretty as an appetizer tray at Christmas.
