For lowfat pudding pops:

1 package Jello instant chocolate sugar free pudding
2 c. fat free milk
1 c. sugar free cool whip

For regular pudding pops:

1 large box instant Jello chocolate pudding
3 c. cold milk
2 c. frozen whipped cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Beat pudding mix and milk in a medium bowl with a whisk about 2 minutes. Stir in sugar free cool whip. Spoon mix into small plastic or paper cups. Insert wooden sticks into the middle of each. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. To remove cups, run the cup base under warm water to release pudding pop.

The gal who gave me this recipe added some powdered sugar, about 1/2 to 1 cup, for extra sweetness.
