1.5 kg Granny Smith Apples (Peeled, cored and cut up)
1.5 kg Sugar (6 Cups)
4 L Brown Vinegar
25 Gr Whole cloves (1 1/2 Tablespoons)
50 Grams of minced Garlic
25 Gr Ginger
25 Gr Chillies
50 Gr Pepper (4 Tablespoons)
200 Gr Salt (1 Cup)
850 Gr Treacle (4 1/4 Cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Puree Apples - Stir in sugar until dissolved
Cloves in muslin Bag
Put all ingredients into boiler except Treacle - boil for 2 hrs
Add treacle in last 5 mins.

Bottle and recook
