¾ cup oil
1½ cups sugar
1½ tsp vanilla
3 eggs
¾ cup flour
⅓ cup + 2½ tbsp. cocoa
⅜ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt

Cheesecake
20 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sugar
3 tsp vanilla
1 cup whipping cream
½ cup powdered sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9-in baking pan.

Mix together the oil, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and mix until well combined. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Slowly add dry ingredients to the egg mixture.

Bake for 30-35 min, or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs. Allow to cool 10-15 min, then remove to cooling rack.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip whipping cream until it starts to thicken. Add powdered sugar and whip until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Add to top of brownie.
