Directions:
Directions:
Prepare white sauce (see recipe)
cook ham slices in water in saucepan until warmed throughout. keep warm.
cook eggs to soft boil. (6 minute boil-immediately followed by submersion in cold water). May also scramble if desired.
toast english muffins.
assemble muffins, ham, then egg, pour white sauce over, serve.
