1 15 oz can of chili beans of your choose
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
4 tsp of chili powder
2tsp of oregano
1 tsp of garlic powder
2 8oz boxes of corn muffin mix
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup top the tater
1/4 cup of thinly chopped green onion

pre heat oven to 400
brown meat in a large pan on medium high heat
drain add beens tomatoe sauce chili powder
oregano and garlic powder mix well bring to a boil reduce heat to low simmer 5 min
prepair mix both corn muffin mixs add 2tsp of oregano seperate into 2 bowls then spoon from one of the bowls batter into greesed pan
or muffin paper cups fill cups2/3 full spoon beef mixture in each cup
pressing gently down in the cup sprinkle cheesee on each one
makes 12 sevings if needed use 2 muffin pans
