1 pd beef of your choose cut into cubes
4 green onions separated into white and green parts
1 can red kidney beans in drained
2 cans 8oz each 2 tbsp. soy sauce
2tbsp rice vinegar
1tbsp sugar
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp of ground ginger1/2 tsp red prepper

cook meat and 1/2 the green onions in a pan on med to high heat untill no longer pink stiring occasionally drain fat keep the remaning green onions for the garnish
stir in the rest of the ingredients bring to a boil reduce heat low and simmer 15 min or untill slightly thickend
