Bunch of Kale (preferably Curly) 1- 2 T. Apple Cider vinegar 1- 1 1/2c. Vegetable Broth garlic glove olive oil
Destem Kale, cut into small bit sized pieces, put into a saucepan, with olive oil and garlic (5-10 minutes) Saute for a few minutes until Kale is wilted. Add vegetable broth, simmer until liquid cooks off, add Apple Cider Vinegar to taste. Serve
