º 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
º ½ (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
º ½ red onion, diced
º ¼ cup and 2 tablespoons salsa, or as desired
º ¼ cup olive oil
º ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
º 1½ cloves garlic, minced
º 1 tablespoon lemon juice
º 1½ teaspoons red wine vinegar
º ¾ teaspoon ground cumin
º ½ teaspoon salt
º ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix black beans, corn, red onion, salsa, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, cumin, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to 2 days.

Serve chilled.
