1/2 c butter
1 c water
1 c flour
4 eggs
3 pkg instant vanilla pudding (or 1-5 1/4 oz pudding with 2 3/4 cup milk for 9 x 13 pan)
3 c milk
1 8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
1 8 oz Cool Whip
1/4 c chocolate syrup

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Bring butter and water to boil; remove from heat and add flour. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg is added. Mixture will form a ball. Pat mixture in a lightly greased 10 x 15 pan (can also use 9 x 13 pan). Bake 35 minutes. After removing from the oven and slightly cooled, press puff down with spatula, lightly. Let stand until cooled.

Mix pudding and milk. Add cream cheese (which should be whipped beforehand with some of the milk). Spread over cooled crust. Spread with the Cool Whip and then drizzle with the chocolate syrup.

Best if served the same day.
