1 Stick Butter
1 lb. box Powdered Sugar
1/3 cup Bourbon

2 Pkgs. Chocolate
1 Tbsp. Crisco
1 Tbsp. Parafin

Couple dozen Whole Pecans
Enough Bourbon to Soak Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 3 ingredients well...put in refrigerator to chill
While chilling put whole pecans in a small bowl with bourbon
poured over them & allow the pecans to soak up the
bourbon.
When the "dough" has chilled begin rolling in small balls.
Place a bourbon absorbed pecan in the center of these
balls and on top of each ball dipped in chocolate ball.
Melt chocolate and add 1 Tbsp, Crisco & 1 Tbsp. Parafin

Roll each ball in the chocolate & take out & place on wax paper.
