4 oz sun dried tomatoes
4 oz medium mushrooms, sliced thin
3 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 c mayonnaise
4 oz chopped green onion
6 oz shredded Asiago cheese
1 qt sour cream
Beer Bread, crackers or Hawaiian bread

Directions:
Directions:
Place sun dried tomatoes in a bowl and cover with hot water until completely soft (about 4 hours) and julienne. Add chopped green onions, sliced mushrooms and shredded Asiago cheese. In separate bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and cream cheese. Blend together. Mix in vegetable and cheese mixture, place in double boiler and stir occasionally until cheese melts. Serve as a warm spread with beer bread, crackers, or Hawaiian bread.
