1 Jiffy boxed yellow cake mix
1-8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1-5.1 oz. package instant lemon pudding mix
1¾ cup milk
1-20 can crushed pineapple, drained
1-8 oz. container whipped topping
Directions:
Directions:
In 8 inch square pan, bake cake mix according to package directions. Cool completely. In medium bowl put cream cheese, pudding and milk. Let stand for 5 minutes. Then beat and spread on top of cake. Spread pineapple on top of pudding mixture. Spread whipped topping on top of pineapple layer, cover and refrigerate.

Mom’s Note: This dessert will have a high topping. Very good even for people who do not like lemon. The lemon flavor blends in very nicely with the pineapple.
