1 lb. or more of ground chuck
1 T. oil
3 or 4 medium zucchini squash
Chopped onions
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
pkg. spaghetti dry mix
Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Break meat into chunks and cook until brown. Pour off grease. Remove meat. Put 1 T. oil in skillet. Put 3 or 4 sliced zucchini squash in skillet. Stir until coated with grease. Stir fry. Add chopped onions. Throw in tomato sauce. Cook until squash is crisp and tender. Sprinkle pkg. of spaghetti dry mix over to top, then add meat. Sprinkle grated cheese over top.
