6 chicken breast
1 stick oleo
1 carton sour cream
1 box Ritz crackers
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup of celery and onions, chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breasts until tender. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Mix chicken, celery, and onions. Add sour cream, then the soup. Grease large pan with stick oleo. Crumble box of crackers into the bottom of pan. Pour mixture over cracker crumbs. Then crumble the rest of crackers on top of mixture. Dot with the other stick oleo. Bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes until brown.
