1 lb. ground beef
1 onion sliced
salt and pepper
sliced cheese

1 box or ½ bag tater tots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
Directions:
Directions:
Put ground meat, onion, salt, and pepper in bottom of square casserole dish. Top with cheese. Put tater tots, cream of mushroom soup and evaporated milk on top of meat/cheese mixture. Bake at 350º for 1½ hours, uncovered.
