cup oleo
3 cups cornbread crushed
1 cup dry bread crumbs
3 cups chopped turkey
1 cup turkey or chicken broth
1 10.5 oz. cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup onions
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place oleo in large glass mixing bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until melted. Add crumbs. Stir to coat. Add other ingredients and combine. Spread in greased 2 quart casserole dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on high for 10 to 12 minutes.
